Sector Pathway

Digital Leadership

This pathway is designed by Rhodes Business School and NIET Education Group for senior public sector leaders across the Indo-Pacific who are setting the strategic direction for digital government — not building the systems themselves, but governing them. From technology policy and AI regulation to data analytics and whole-of-government transformation, this pathway addresses the advanced leadership competencies that senior officials need as digital capability becomes central to public sector performance. Each module combines international evidence with Indo-Pacific case studies, building the strategic vocabulary, governance frameworks, and accountability tools needed to lead in a rapidly changing digital environment.
